2017 Year End Roundup

This exercise is one of my very favorite things to do at the end of each year. It’s designed to give you clarity on how well 2017 actually went for you so you can take ownership of what worked and shift what didn’t.

Give yourself the holiday gift of 45 minutes to go through this wonderful exercise and bring 2017 to a beautiful close.

When you’re done with the exercise, I’d love to hear how your 2017 stacks up, what worked and what didn’t.  😉

  1. Hey Dallas this is great! Year’s ago you got me started on :the year in review” including The Good, The Bad and The Ugly and I have taken it seriously and look forward to it as a tool for how to shape up the next year. This sounds like a good tool to help that process. Thanks for all you do!

  2. I’ve been doing the year end roundup with Dallas for a few years. And this time I was like: ehhh, I don’t need it. Procrastinated it for a few days. Looked at the email like 5 times before deciding. So… I just finished this first part now.. You guys have no idea how much I needed it. How we all need it, even to simply acknowledge our past successes. And it’s much more than that. Can’t wait for the second part, ready to build everything I want from a blank canvas.. Thank you Dallas for what you do for us.

  3. This exercise allowed me to celebrate three major themes that recurred in my personal and professional lives this year: community bonds, delight and adventure, and strength & persistence. It makes me feel way more grateful for the year and for the ways I’ve learned and grown… and gives me a fun launching pad for envisioning what’s to come !! Happy new year, everyone!
